The following items are included in both packages at no additional cost to you.

• Heavy Duty Attractive Aluminum Yard Sign - Click here to see a picture of our Professional and Colorful Yard sign that will attract the buyers to your home! It IS included in both packages and will be delivered to your doorstep after all paperwork is received and payment is made. 
   

• Digital Photos (owner supplied) - Photos are VERY important as most people are visual and a picture tells a thousand words ! Make sure you get some coaching on how to take digital pictures if you do not already know. Email all your pics to us in .jpg format, and we will upload the best pics to MLS.
   

• What’s Your Home Worth - Zillow - This is a resource that Homeowners often use to determine the value and sales price of their home. While requesting a comparable market analysis of your home may be the most accurate determination of value this site is fun and interesting to see if it matches up with your opinion of value!
   

• Color Flyers by Postlets - This is a great site that allows you to do all sorts of interesting things to market your home: flyers, brochures, more exposure on their site for other buyers to view your home and other useful tools for you to create online.
   

• Showcase Listing on Realtor.com - This type of listing on Realtor.com gives home-sellers great exposure on this site... Click here to see what you get and know that it is INCLUDED in both packages as a service to you! It does cost our Brokerage company extra but we think it is important to get your home exposed to as many buyers as possible!

• Virtual Tour - While a virtual tour is certainly an option you may choose to provide for your buyers, We feel it is an extremely important vehicle in driving traffic to your home. People LOVE to feel as if they are getting a home tour from the comfort of sitting in front of their own computer in their own home… It also could eliminate certain buyers from wasting your time if they saw something in the pictures that just did not work for them. You pay for this Tool on our site and we will have the photographer contact you directly to schedule your appointment. Many sellers use these professional pictures to create their Postlet flyer and to send the tour to family and friends!! The last home of mine I sold was purchased by someone from Austin who was being transferred here and saw the tour online!
   

• Electronic Supra Lockbox - While this Box does cost extra, I guarantee you will recoup this cost many times over by having one on your door! They are secure and the easiest way for realtors to access your home. I would personally Not try to sell my own home without having one… You will also purchase this Tool from our site and it will be delivered to your door with Instructions on Exactly how to use it... Or we may come by your home and set the sign AND the box if you would prefer. ( This offer is for Dallas sellers only! )
   

• Phone Number Rider - This Rider is the ONLY way Buyers will have to contact you directly if they drive by your home and want you to show it to them… If you will notice we DO NOT have our phone number on our Company yard sign. We want the buyers to call you directly so you will have the opportunity to save that other 3 % !! So you will pay for this rider on the site we send you to when you click on the button. You will custom order your sign with YOUR phone number and it will be delivered to your door! This company has given us an Excellent price, too!
   

• Brochure boxes, open signs, directionals, etc. - These are just some of the additional tools Realtors use in attracting buyers to their listings. This site has everything you could want ! Open House signs, brochures, directionals, combination lockboxes (for vacant homes---we DO NOT recommend you place one on an occupied property). You will also order and pay this site directly as we wanted you to have the best price possible for all these items. If you want to buy them locally, email us and we can give you some storefront shops to purchase them.
   

• Centralized Showing (CSS) - This is the one option that may make your life So easy ! Agents want to make their life as easy as possible and if they cannot access you at the moment they are making ALL their appointments to show their buyers then they could very easily decide not to show your home! With the supply of homes on the market today you want to make it as easy as possible for agents to bring you that buyer for your home!!
   

• Home Warranty - This is a great negotiating item for you to use when you get your offer! Mostly Warranty companies will allow you to place a policy on your home DURING the listing period, cover you while it is on the market, and not have to pay the premium until it closes!!!!
   

• Home Staging - Staging your home has really become popular these days…. While it is not critical to hire a staging company I think anything you can do as a seller to improve your chances of bringing in those qualified buyers, you should do! They will tell you what to remove, add, change, paint, and generally advise on what the most you can do for the least amount of money!
