Finding a buyer is only half the battle in selling your

mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, and all
the other parties involved in the sale of a property.
This option can be helpful because many realtors
are not comfortable working directly with a seller in
list actually simplifies many of the tasks required to

of 1% of the Sales Price. This is not on a per
contract or per offer basis. It is only paid at
