If you feel you cannot represent yourself any longer and decide you want to list with a full service agency, List Smart Texas will gladly refer you to a traditional Agent. You may select any agency you want as long as you let us know prior to contacting or listing with the traditional agency. Once you have been in discussion with the traditional agency about listing your home we will be unable to refer you. After they accept our referral in writing and the confirmation of your homes closing with that particular agency, we will send you a full refund of the money you spent for our MLS flat fee listing service (the $499 listing fee).

In short, tell us which Real Estate Company you want to list your home with, we will call them, and have them contact you about listing your home. Please see our listing agreement for more details.

Please note that when we refer you to the agency of your choice we will receive a referral fee from the traditional agency who lists and sells your home. The money received from the referring broker will be applied to the refund amount we will give you.

In addition to your property appearing in the local MLS and on Realtor.com, it will feed to hundreds of real estate agent’s websites through Broker reciprocity. Also, your listing may be picked up by other national websites.
